All Facilities

•RV spot and moorage Check-in time is 3 pm; Check-out time is 12 noon

•Check-out time is strictly enforced. Over-stays will be charged for a full night’s stay

•All fees are payable in advance. Failure to pay for RV sites, moorage, launching, or parking will result in a citation.

•Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am.

•Speed limit in the RV Park and moorage area is 5 mph.

•Background checks will be required of first-time guests staying 30 days or more.

Pets

•Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Pets must not be left unattended and are not permitted tied outside without the owner present. Do not tie your animal to electrical or water hook-ups.

•A maximum of three (3) pets are permitted per registrant.

•Pets are not allowed in the restrooms or shower facilities.

•Clean up after your pet. Failure to do so may result in a fine and repeated offenses will result in a notice to vacate and/or no future reservations accepted.

Children

•All children under the age of 13 must be under adult supervision at all times.

•Children the age of 12 and under are not permitted on the docks without a life preserver. Loaner life jackets are available for rent.

Marina Basics

•Speed limit in the Marina is 5 mph.

•Cleaning of fish must be done at the provided filet tables found near the docks.

•Crabbing & Fishing are not permitted off of the dock at any time.

•Be respectful of other patrons of the Marina.

•Do not leave trash on the docks.

•Do not block pathways on the docks.

•All fish waste should be disposed of in designated fish dumpsters.

•Cooking crab is permitted in designated areas and campsites only, please do not dump boil water or other waste in grass areas.

RV Park Basics

•No tents; RVs only.

•No trailer is permitted on premises without a working tow vehicle.

•Keep your area neat and clean.

•Clothes lines are not permitted.

•Campfires are only permitted on a case by case basis and in specific areas.

•Do not walk through other patrons’ sites.

•Be respectful of your neighbors.

•Unruly behavior is unacceptable and may result in a notice to immediately vacate.

•Onsite repairs of a vehicle are not permitted.

•Restrooms are not to be used to wash clothes or dishes.

•Washing of RVs or cars on site is not permitted.
